Powerful Fire Strikes cleave through enemies, dealing tons of damage across the entire team.
Item purchase order
Round 1

[Fire Strike] triggers an explosion the first time it hits an enemy, dealing 15% of its damage in a 3m radius.

Items don't matter too much this first round. Grab whatever you'd like.
Round 2

When you deal damage with [Rocket Hammer], reduce the cooldown of your abilities by 1s.
Run at the enemy and use Dampener Grip to lower the cooldown on your Fire Strikes. Buy more items for ability power with leftover cash.
Round 3

If [Fire Strike] is cast twice within 2s, the second strike leaves a trail of lava that Burns enemies for 50% of [Fire Strike] damage.

I recommend simply maximizing damage for now. Try to build two charges of Fire Strikes before using it so that you can leave trails of lava behind.
Round 4

Rocket Strike allows for faster Fire Strikes while Chimera's Maw increases it's size.
Round 5

After using [Earthshatter], every [Rocket Hammer] swing launches a [Fire Strike] for 4s.

After spending your Ultimate Charge, gain 100 Overhealth for 3s.
Buy Iridescent Iris for the 20% Ability Power as well as 20% Cooldown Reduction. The additional Overhealth is simply a bonus. You'll likely have leftover cash at this point. Maximize Ability Power. Multi-tool is always a great choice.
Round 6

When you use an ability, restore 50 Armor or Shields over 2s.
More Ability Power. More damage. Champion's Kit is great for really powerful Fire Strikes, but as long as you can hit people with your hammer to constantly reduce Fire Strike's cooldown, LumériCo Fusion Drive will give you just a bit more survivability. Try to stay as close as possible and use your shield to protect yourself.
Round 7

While [Barrier Field] is deployed, you heal for 5% of the damage it mitigates and gain 30% Move Speed.

This last power is not too important. If you want to maximize offense, Vroom Boom Boom allows your Charges to nearly one-shot Tanks. Wilhelmwagen gives you plenty of survivability as well as Movement Speed, allowing you to tank lots of damage and create space for your team. For items, simply focus on ability power. If you're up against a Genji or other high-mobility heroes, Liquid Nitrogen will help slow them down. Cybervenom helps against Junker Queen or high sustain comps.
