Round 3

When you [Resurrect] an ally, you both gain 250 Overhealth for 6s.






After healing an ally, gain 10% Attack Speed for 3s.






Round 4

After you spend your Ultimate Charge, gain 25 Armor and 10% Ability Power for the rest of the round.



After spending your Ultimate Charge, gain 100 Overhealth for 3s.
Round 5

While [Valkyrie] is active, the healing and damage boost of [Caduceus Staff] are automatically applied to nearby allies.


After healing an ally, gain 10% Attack Speed for 3s.


Round 6





When you use an ability, gain 5% Weapon Power for 3s, stacking up to 3 times.
Round 7

[Sympathetic Recovery] heals for 20% more and heals you even while you are healing a full health ally.





When you use an ability, gain 25 Overhealth for 3s.





While you have Armor, take 10% reduced Weapon Damage.



Restore 3% of your Life every 1s.



Prevent 15% of incoming damage and instead take that prevented damage over 3s.
Description
Item choice can be flexible, but generally you will always have one of those two items above while also maintaining as much cooldown reduction balanced with weapon and ability power as you can.
The build path is focused mainly on survivability, but you can choose to focus more on weapon power if you wish, and you can choose whatever power you want for the final round that benefits Caduceus Staff as you will be gaining the effect of that power through
