Bloodcrazed power for more overhealth when hitting multiple targets with axe and ult. (can interchange this one Bow Down power in rounds 5 and 7 depending on how annoying kiri is. I enjoy picking up Bow Down vs kiri since if you hit her with ult she can't instant suzu if she doesn't pre suzu. The power also works similar to shatter so you can cancel some ults with it). Get any ap purple like Champions Kit, I picked Iridescent Iris because its cheaper and also gives more cd reduction for axe could also get Cybervenom if you dont have enough money or want the anti heal.

As I said before you can interchange Bow Down and Bloodcrazed order depending on what characters you face.

Description

For the most part you wanna just swing your axe all game. Double the axe and cooldown reduction for it along with Soaring Stone you can use it for mobility or to do more damage. Hitting the enemy team with your axe and procing wounds with this build will also help you gain more lifesteal and overhealth outside of shout.
