This build focuses on using a combination of Orisa's Powers and Items to farm extremely fast Ultimates by using Javelin Spin. Strong against builds with easily deflectable damage, such as AP Rein. This build gets you online sooner, at the cost of being vulnerable early and dying, but is FUN!!!!!!!

While [Fortify] is active, [Javelin Spin] and [Energy Javelin] gain 25% Cooldown Reduction.
When you die, gain 15% Ultimate Charge.

When you use [Terra Surge], drop a [Supercharger] that increases the damage of nearby allies by 25%% for 15s.
After spending your Ultimate Charge, gain 100 Overhealth for 3s.
11,000 Supercharger makes use of our fast Ultimates to provide additional use. Iridescent Iris is just more AP and CDR, but might too expensive. Just buy whatever the most AP you can afford is.
