from my testing "increased damage to burning enemies" seems to multiply with your ap (e.g. 100ap is effectively 120ap), making it very strong. it also makes your gun do enough damage to secure kills if you're really really broke just stack ap normally

Damage dealt to Burning targets grants 20% more Ultimate Charge.





calamity seems good but you really need the 2nd coach's consistency by this point you should be pretty strong just stack ap, you can rush phantasmic flux (overhealth from leech) if you really need the survivability

While at full Life, Lifesteal grants up to 100 Overhealth.
you can stack the "more ult charge" items but i think getting more ap is better, especially with how little they give you heal reduction item might be good since you burn enemies for so long, but it doesn't give much ap. buy depending on enemy support lineup phantasmic flux is great, it gives you a lot of hp to work with and go for flanks. it also gives ap and leech, and the weapon power is helpful too

Using [Coach Gun] reloads 2 Ammo. [The Viper]'s next 2 hits deal 40 additional damage over 3s.

from here just stack ap, you can do things like get slow/heal reduction on ability dmg but it's better to just stack more ap tbh calamity gives you really good and consistent poke and burn uptime. tagging an enemy procs it and it has no dmg falloff

for talents you can alternatively stack the ult charge items and build bob, or branch out into dynamite. especially if enemy has rein/dva and will eat your bullets. otherwise just leave a burn on the tank and spam unscoped m1s to refresh your cooldowns and keep up the pressure. if you're really rich you can maybe buy superflexor but ashe's fire rate isn't good enough imo. maybe just buy whatever gives most ap

i find it way more consistent than pure dynamite builds
if your crosshair is directly on the enemy, a coach gun will always land and burn them no matter the distance. there is no damage falloff for the burn. same for
try to dynamite before coach gunning unless the enemy is too far or it's urgent. even if you can't get kills it strains the enemy supports, pressures the target and builds your ult
after
you kinda need to flank a bit to get value, since burning the tank doesn't accomplish much. try to bully supports
don't prioritize heroes with cleanses, obviously
vs kiriko you can still get value by forcing suzu but you will feed ult charge if she takes
