I've not seen anyone do Junker Queen throwing knife builds, so surely it can't be good, right? Use Commanding Shout before/while charging up the knife throw so it locks on to enemies. The idea is that once you get the Shout resets, you can keep Shout->Pull->Kill people every time or something.
