Terrorizing the backline and getting away with it alive. This build is very flexible until you get all the needs.

Your footsteps and [Shadow Step] are significantly quieter.

1,000 In this build you want to get into the backline unnoticed hence why you get Silent As The Grave. Item wise you want to get weapon power and survivability.
Round 2
While using [Wraith Form], gain the ability to fly and gain 20% Move Speed.
10,000 If you have enough to get Wretched Wings without selling anything great. Being able to fly and have extra speed is amazing. If you can't you can still sell an item (I would sell Compensator) and get Wretched Wings, but I would focus on getting weapon power or survivability. Cushioned Padding is good if you are facing stuns like hinder and sleep and Vital-E-Tee are is good for survival. Technoleech, Icy Coolant, and Talon Modification Module are all good options.
Round 3
After using an ability, your next shot deals 50% additional damage over 3s to enemies struck from behind.

10,000 The Backstabber Power adds some more damage and adds to the theme of the build. Sell all your greens. Grab Dauntless Draught. This will get you an even better chance of getting out alive. Grab any blues or greens related to weapon power and survivability. If you can, get Nightcreeper. This gets you into or out of the fight way quicker.
Round 4
After using an ability, nearby enemies are Revealed to you for 3s.
3,750 Grab Nightcreeper now if you hadn't gotten it before. Get any blues that involve Weapon Power and/or Survivability.
Round 5
While in [Wraith Form], restore 7% of your Life every 1s. Double this while below 50% Life.
When you use an ability, gain 5% Weapon Power for 3s, stacking up to 3 times.
11,000 The Wraith Renewal power brings your survivability up a ton and can keep you in the fight longer. Grab Hardlight Accelerator. The cooldown reduction is pretty good and it brings up your weapon power. If you can, get El-Sa'ka Suppressor. If not grab any blue survival or weapon power items.
Round 6
Critical Hits reveal the target for 3s.
14,500 If you had gotten El-Sa'ka Suppressor last round sell it and grab The Closer. It adds a lot of damage. Grab any item that will help your situation. If possible grab El-Sa'ka Suppressor or Eye of the Spider.
Round 7
While in [Wraith Form], passing through enemies slows their Move Speed and Attack Speed by 30% for 3s.
Deal 10% increased damage to enemies below 30%% Life.
14,000 When it comes to the 4th power, you can really get whatever you would like. I personally go with Ghosted, but other good options would be Spirited to Slay, Harvest Fest, Strangle Step, or Revolving Ruin. You want to end with Eye of the Spider because of the Weapon Power it adds, but this can be swapped for anything else you would like or are able to afford.
